  1. Save the Evidence 
  2. Keep screenshots, messages, URLs—don’t delete anything before reporting. 
  3. Report It 
  4. Call Police Scotland on 101 or 999 in an emergency. 
  5. Access Support 
  6. There are many free, confidential support services available (see next article).
