People choose anonymous reporting for many reasons. You may not be ready to speak directly to someone, you may be unsure what you want to happen, or you may simply want NESCol to know about a concern.
You might choose anonymous reporting because:
- You are worried about possible repercussions.
- You are not ready to share your identity.
- You are unsure whether the concern is serious enough to report.
- You want NESCol to be aware of an issue or pattern.
- You are worried about someone else.
- You want to provide information before deciding whether to seek direct support.
- Using email or telephone contact does not feel safe or accessible for you.
Why your information matters
Even when NESCol cannot take direct or formal action, anonymous information may help us understand what is happening across the College community. It may inform safeguarding activity, support provision, staff learning, awareness work and action to improve the student experience.
